Organic agriculture puts into practice a whole series of measures established by a European specification
both as regards the vineyard and olive grove, where organic grapes and olives are produced, grown WITHOUT the help of synthetic chemical substances (fertilizers, herbicides , fungicides, insecticides, pesticides in general) and WITHOUT the use of genetically modified organisms,
both for the cellar, where vinification is carried out using only the oenological products and processes authorized by implementing regulation 203/2012.

This is what the theory explains, for me it is just a container in which my idea of relationship with nature is applied: nature is respected, accepting it with its adversities.

The quickest way is not necessarily the most correct and wide-ranging one.
I like to think of my products as authentic, which contain within themselves a work of sharing with the earth what it gives to me and vice versa thanks to the generosity of human work and of the land itself
and which emerges through the aromas and flavors of the wine and oil that each different vintage manages to express.
